SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY

Shipping Policy.

This document sets out the shipping policy that applies to customers that make a purchase at witcherywraps.com, If you have any questions, please contact us on info@witcherwraps.com.

1. Shipping Options & Delivery Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.

This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer. All orders will be sent through An Post

Our shipping costs are as follows:

  • Ireland & Northern Ireland - €4.00 (Next working day, no tracking)
  • Ireland & Northern Ireland - €9.50 (Next working day, tracking) 
  • FREE SHIPPING on orders over €100 within island of Ireland 
  • United Kingdom - €12.50 (3-5 working days, registered and tracking)
  • E.U - €12.50 (3-5 working days, tracking) 
  • U.S.A - €17.50 (4-5 working days, tracking)

2. Order Processing Time

I make every effort to fulfil your order and dispatch it within 1-2 business days of the date of your order.

Deliveries within Ireland are usually 1-2 working days after dispatch.

All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be sent on Monday or on the next business day. If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact me so that I can investigate.

 

3. Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

Please note that I am are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. I am sorry but I do not ship to P.O. boxes.

 

4. International Orders

Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes.You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. I recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and I am unable to calculate these for you.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, I will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier's website.

 

6. Cancellations

If you change your mind before you have received your order, I am able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

 

7. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

If there are any issues with any products sold, I will do my absolute most to address these issues in a timely manner.

If you have any issues, please contact us at info@witcherywraps.com and I will do everything I can to sort it out. I will look to give either a full refund or a replacement on any product that there is an issue with. I want you to be completely happy with your purchase.Please read my return & refund policy for detailed information about my processes.

It is important that you check your order or items upon receipt and always before use. If any errors occur or issues arise then these need to be reported to me immediately so I can investigate.

Before attempting to return an order, please contact me to request a return.

Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping.

Witch will be reimbursed if the claim is successful.

Upon receipt of the returned items, you can expect witcherywraps to process your return claim within 7 working days. If you are entitled to a refund as a result of the defect or damage

You will receive the choice of

  • refund to your payment method
  • a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available).

All items must be in original, unused/unworn condition and resell-able. I retain the right to refuse returns that aren't as sent.

 

8. Your statutory rights

Our Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights.
